Pumzi Vent

A low-cost, automated ventilator designed to provide controlled ventilatory support to patients with respiratory failure. Our idea is aimed at utilizing the existing and relatively affordable bagging technology providing vital features of an Advanced Ventilatory Support System.

We have been able to secure funding of up to 10,000 USD to enable prototype enhancement from the Big Ideas Grand Prize Award 2020 .
